Lesson 2: Discover A Faster Way To
Create Information Products That Showcase
Your Expertise And Impact A Larger Audience

Watch this video now and take action on what I'm teaching you today!

Creating a product is key to standing out in your marketplace and impacting more people with less effort.

Watch the video above to learn exactly how easy it is to record a phone call as a rapid product creation strategy.

Use the template below to guide you in creating the content of your teleseminar (click the image to open up a PDF version of it for printing).

Then TAKE ACTION on this strategy by recording a call before I send you Video Lesson #3. It doesn’t have to be perfect, and it doesn’t even need to have an audience. Learn how to use the technology in today’s video, and then “just DO it!”

Imagine The Types Of Products You Can Create

Once you get bit by the teleseminar bug, you’ll quickly see what’s possible. Imagine being able to create:

  • Live teleseminars as a list-building activity at any moment
  • Multi-part classes and courses that bring in 10-50 people or more, each paying $97 – $997 to be part of your training!
  • Doing more business from the comfort of home instead of wasting time at rubber chicken networking lunches
  • Small group coaching programs instead of only working 1-on-1
  • Creating products that sell everyday while you finally get more time to do other things you love besides working yourself to death!
  • Then post a comment below to let me know what’s possible in your business with this technology and marketing technique in your toolbox!

Coming Up In Video 3

Once you have a product to build your list, and you begin creating more extensive products with teleseminars, it will be time to leverage the efforts and energies of other people.

So the next video is all about Collaboration. And during the final video of the series, I’ll be showing you:

  • My famous list building matrix (usually only shown at my SIMPLE live events and inside my home study course!)
  • How to create a promotion parade with partners for immediate spikes and long term traffic
  • How to make it easy for your partners to promote your products, services, and ideas
  • And a lot more.

This third video will be available in a couple of days.

For now, enjoy today’s video lesson and take action by recording your teleseminar within the next 24 hours!

    Thank’s Bob

The idea of i doing a Teleseminar was intimidating at first, but i
did it and i now have the confidence to use the technology, and get my first call recorded without the fear i had!

Using the the questions template you gave us was very helpful.
My first Teleseminar is now saved on my computer.

  2. Hi Bob,

Thanks for your thoughts and additional great advice.
Will make sure to implement them.

    Hopping over to Video 3…

See you on the other side ;-)

  3. Thanks for sharing this with us. I did a welcome video ( my first ever! ) on my blog site, and asked a friend for comments on it. Though she was very detailed, constructive and complementary too…one thing that stood out was her suggestion of doing my video interview style. And here in my email is the offer from you for these videos. lol.
I did use the approach of taking action and revising later, funny that all these things from you are adding to what others have been telling me for a while. Now i have been throwing the suggestions back at them to watch this and sign up for your news letter hehe. What goes around, comes around…

    Thanks Bob!

  4. Thanks Bob,

As usual you have super info. If I make it in the web business you probably will have a big hand in
    my making it.

    • Thanks Ronald. You will often hear me say that I love to live vicariously through the success of my students. And the same will be for you. Great to be part of your journey!

  5. Update#2:

    Did the Homework!

I’m sooo happy..my first ever teleseminar!

It is not perfect ..far from that, but I now know I can do better!

I was able to record the call with the precious help of my father as the interviewer :-)
He’s aged 85 but voluntereed to assist me..isn’t that cool?

And now that it’s done, he’s also proud of himself ,but does not like the tone of his voice in the recording. ;-)

I’ve been setting-up and managing wordpress blogs for a while now and thus, oriented the “expert interview template” in that angle of my expertise: WordPress Expert.

My Dad is nicknamed “Puzzleman” and I’m in the midst of creating his own personal blog.
It will showcase his hobby and the walls of his house as they are all covered with the puzzles he did since the last 4 years. ( almost 200,000 pieces of puzzles assembled are displayed on the wall) I think this is unique…

Again Bob thanks so much for teaching in such a way that what seems so complicated becomes just plain SIMPLE !!

(All kinds of ideas are now pouring in to my mind on how I can leverage this fantastic tool to create better and more targeted informational products for my customers.)

    Wow..

Merci beaucoup and all the very best.

    Janice

    • Wow – Janice, that’s awesome! Great job. I love it when people connect to family members for their teleseminars. I like to say that your early calls should feature people who share your last name to make that part easy.

But I’ve also found that it helps people in your family really get to know what you’re up to. There’s typically a new found respect for the work you are doing, and the wisdom that you have. One of my favorite examples of this from my Teleseminar Formula virtual workshops is a guy named Dean Geyer who actually interviewed his 5th grade daughter about her reading – how she went from a struggling, below-grade reader to honor roll in about a year and a half.

  6. Update:

Wrote the script for my first teleseminar based on the template you provided! Wow… :-) Took me 5 hours, but it’s done!

Will now get familiar with the Instant Teleseminar technology and tomorrow will try to find an interviewer…and record the call.

I’m in a TARL mood ;-) and it feels just great.

    Thank you Bob!

    • Hey Janice – great job moving forward with the homework!

However, I have to say your teleseminars will be more enjoyable if you use the outline of questions as a guide and speak from your expertise and not from a script. As you get more confident in your ability to do that (since you know your topic so well), you won’t feel the need to script it out.

My suggestion is to take no more than 30 minutes to do the content prep – force yourself to have key points mapped out, but stay away from the script. Your call will also sound much more natural.

  7. I’ve been meaning to do teleseminars for a while now just didn’t have a clue how to get started. I’m going to use the template you provided to get started.

    Great information,
    Kelley

    • Excellent Kelly – let me know how it went. People love to talk about pets, and I know your Critter Minute site would be a great meeting ground for frequent, concise teleseminars.

  8. I just finished to watch, it looks simple, but has to be tested and learn the technique to do it right. Sure it is a matter of practice.
Thanks a lot Bob, have a great weekend, and hear you Monday.
P.S. You really are a good teacher, you have a way to make the learning … SIMPLE
    Regards

    • Thanks Michey. How did it go? Did you get a practice run in?

  9. OMG! ! Create our first Teleseminar and do it today??!! Gee wiz…that is what I call a real challenge! Boy oh boy….hum…

    Okay!

No time to analyse. Since we have to Take Action to make things happen, I am willing to give it a try…even though I would have to be the interviewer and the interviewee…pfffff…

Will be back with an update…(hopefully with great news…)

Thanks Felicia’s for your comment. It helped me decide to go for it..

Take care and talk soon :-)

    Janice

    @janice_dugas

    • You rock Janice! I’m excited that you’re seeing the power of speed, taking the leap of faith, and just doing it – also known as Take Action! Revise Later. I look forward to hearing what you come up with.

  10. Hi Bob-
This content is awesome — as always. I love the questions template, in particular. It’s so helpful to not have to reinvent the wheel! As someone who interviews people regularly in my business, having a system in place makes it so much easier.

One thing I have found with my business — especially in the earliest days when I got started and my girls were just 1 and 3 years old, creating products using teleseminars was the easiest with my busy Mom life and actually it was the only way I created anything. After I had been running teleseminars for a while, I then created my first ebook, but other teleseminars of course followed. I still use the teleseminar model to create new content. I am now in the “revise later” process of your Take Action, Revise Later formula where I am taking my past teleseminar content and turning it into multiple products I am dripping out via a membership site.

    It all started with teleseminars.

Super important for people to learn this great content! Thanks for having it available.

    Warmly,
    Felicia Slattery

    • Hey Felicia – thanks for the great tips from your point of view as a busy mom. As a teacher, teleseminars truly made my business a profitable reality much faster than any other product creation strategy.

And I love that you are taking time to repurpose your call. This video focused just on the creation of the call, but obviously the real beauty of teleseminars is how fast you can create content that can then be rapidly turned into ebooks, reports, autoresponder series, even viral videos.

      Bob

  11. Using Tweetdeck was easy. Now, following the teleseminar way is a little bit more complicated. However, using the suggested questions and the templates for the teleseminar is very helpful.
Your videos are very good and the streaming flow is great. It´s very difficult to follow videos and teleconferences that go jumping from a word to the next in a way that the idea is lost. Might be the source is a free low quality teleconference service.

Following your videos is a very interesting and rewarding experience.

    • Thanks Jose – I know the idea of teleseminars can be intimidating at first, but it doesn’t have to be. I hope this video gives you the confidence to use the technology, and get your first call recorded without fear!

And yes, low quality free bridge lines can truly COST a great deal to the entrepreneur.
